Official launch of “The Witcher VERSUS”!

So it happened. On 9 July 2008 at 1 pm IT finally came to life – The Witcher VERSUS – the newest game of CD Projekt Red and one2tribe was launched!
After two months beta tests finally ended bringing together nearly 50 thousand gamers. Thanks to numerous suggestions “The Witcher” has been improved to adjust to your expectations. If you have just joined “The Witcher” you will be able to use our guide for beginners that will lead you through the general rules of the game and show you ways to develop your character. You can count on our interactive and detailed help. Another new option is a multi-topic forum where you can share your thoughts with other players. The new upgraded graphics will make the duels even more enjoyable and thrilling. Check your email to find out if you have been challanged to a duel, respond ASAP and fight.
Today everything starts anew. All rankings have been reset for all of you to have equal chances to win! In comparison to the beta version the development path of your character has been made much more challanging as also regards economics of the game (i.e. cost of change of character’s class or items). It is possible to join the game without registering in order to try out the characters of the game and decide if you want to play the Witcher, the Sorcerer or the Frightener.
All the fans of “The Witcher VERSUS” will also be able to invite friends via email.
