Xyber Mech™ is the first “mobile massive multiplayer” game in Poland. The first players started their adventure with the Free Worlds in 2004. Since this time our universe has grown significantly – mainly thanks to the players who create the game together with us.

Xyber Mech™ is a unique adventure game, kept in the Science Fiction climate, that gives a possibility to entertain and interact with thousands of players at the same time. The game’s plot takes the player to the space of combat robots’ (Mechs) fights. The game consists in fighting between the Mechs controlled by the pilots, commands are sent by SMS. The game uses the user’s location – the Mech’s location in the virtual world and the geographic location of the player’s mobile phone are tightly connected.
At present the game brings together about 120 thousand registered players.

The game's plot is set in the eighties of the 23rd century in the part of galaxy called Free Worlds. The players play the role of pilots of combat robots called Xyber Mechs - mercenaries, fighting for glory and money.

The Free Worlds are constituted by the group of a dozen or so planets located in the galactic peripheries where the gifted recruit may make a career quickly. Underspacial tunnels in the Free Worlds area are very unstable, they often appear and disappear unexpectedly – that makes it impossible to control the local planets directly by the Dominium that controls the main part of the galaxy. For 12 years the Van Berg tunnel (the only link between Free Worlds and the galactic Centre) has been closed. During this time autonomic and unstable governments started their existence at each planet. The Free Worlds had many natural resources available as well as the people who controlled the area, hence many uprisings, military juntas, plunders, and invasions took place (both in the real and the virtual worlds).
